I didn’t hire Mr ReKey myself, they were hired by the property management for my rental home to rekey and bring the house up to code. The technicians were suppose to arrive between 1 and 3, but after a previous job ran particularly long (for which they called to notify me on 2 occasions), Ernie and his son Mike showed up with smiles on their faces and were quick and professional! If I ever need such a service done in the future, you bet I’ll be calling and requesting for Ernie and Mike to come by!
